It is what the USPS charges me, and they recently raised their rates by a whopping 10.00, and many times I must add about 6.00 to that amount to ship Express Mail. It is the only way I ship internationally due to theft, etc. If shipping is less, I always reimburse. And of course, I always offer free shipping in the USA to all buyers. Also, keep in mind that I cannot control customs and how long it takes the package to arrive.
